Currently we provide our services to Europe, North America, and South America.  If you aren’t in these regions, don’t worry, we are planning to extend globally.

How long will it take to receive my order?

You will receive your code  INSTANTLY BY EMAIL.

What to do if I don't recieve my order?

Before contacting us, please verify that you have indeed not recieved it.  Note that you will recieve 2 email, one is the confirmation of purchase and the other is the code you purchased.  If you paid via PayPal, the email containing the order will be sent to the email associated with your PayPal account.  Also make sure that the order is not in your SPAM folder.

Do you charge shipping?

No, the shipping is free since items are digitally delivered to your EMAIL.

What is Pre-Order?

An item in Pre-Order means that currently there is no stock available, but a shipment is expected on the specified date.  Once the shipment has arrived, we will automatically send out your code.

Are the prices on the web the final price?

The final price paid per order is dependent on the payment type you decide to use when finalizing the purchase.  When choosing the payment type, you will be shown if there is a fee or not.  If there is a fee, you will see the fee amount and it will also be added to the final purchase amount before checking out.

I am interested in a product but you don't have stock, when will you restock?

You can subscribe for a restock alert that will send you a notification once we have stock for the specific item you are inquiring about. Just click on "CLICK FOR STOCK ALERT". Also, on occasion we show when the item is expected to be in stock again, hence we will not respond to emails concerning this question.

Is my data safe?

Yes, all personal information including your email and phone number will not be used for any purpose other than to send you your purchase.
