Due to the digital nature of the products sold by VidaPlayer, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the purchased item is defective. If you receive a defective product, please contact us through the contact form on our website, providing your order details and a description of the issue. Please note that if the code has already been redeemed (used), we reserve the right to deny any refund or cancellation request.

VidaPlayer is not responsible in situations where a third party gains access to your purchase, whether through fraud, transfer, theft, or any other means. In such cases, the buyer automatically waives their right to a refund once the code has been redeemed.

Once a refund is approved, any delays in the process are beyond VidaPlayer's control and will not be our responsibility.
