Return Policy

1. Delivery of digital products

Due to the digital and immediate nature of the products sold, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the code has been sent to the customer by email, even if it has not yet been redeemed. Sending the code by email constitutes full and final delivery of the digital product, considered as full compliance with our delivery obligation.

2. Exception for technical defects

Claims will only be accepted in cases where the product has a verifiable technical defect, such as invalid or non-functional codes. If you receive a defective product, please contact us through the form available on our website, providing the order number, the received code, and a detailed description of the issue.

3. Customer responsibility

It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify the region, compatibility, and type of product before making a purchase. This includes ensuring that the code is valid for the account, platform, or country where it will be used. We cannot offer refunds or replacements if the purchased code is not compatible or does not work due to customer errors, such as selecting a product for another region or platform.

4. Redeemed products

No refunds will be issued if the product has been fully or partially redeemed, regardless of who performed the redemption. This also applies in cases of shared, transferred, or improperly used codes.

5. Security and access to products

We are not responsible in situations where a third party accesses the purchase or the code, whether by fraud, transfer, theft, unauthorized access, hacking, misuse of emails, or any other means. Once the code has been sent to the email provided by the customer, responsibility for its safekeeping rests entirely with the buyer. In such cases, the buyer automatically waives any right to refund, replacement, or claim.

6. Customer errors

We are not responsible for situations arising from customer errors, such as entering an incorrect email address, selecting a code from the wrong region, or any other action preventing proper use of the product.

7. Refund or replacement processing

Once a refund or replacement is approved, any delay in the process is beyond our control and will not constitute company liability. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and the policies of the financial service providers or external platforms.

8. Acceptance of terms

By making a purchase, the customer explicitly accepts these conditions and acknowledges that digital products are final and non-refundable, except in exceptional cases of verifiable technical defects.
